      Under the main theme of MIPIM 2026, “Housing matters”, Baumschlager Eberle Architekten place at the centre of their presentation the question of how housing can be created that inspires people over the long term and stands the test of everyday life – today and tomorrow.

       

      The guiding principle “Only architecture that is loved will last.” expresses a clear architectural stance: longevity emerges where ecological responsibility, spatial quality and flexibility of use come together – and where buildings are conceived out of their context.
